REFUND POLICY

Please note we have marine insurances for all our deliveries. It covers any damage to the artworks that may occur during delivery by our nominated freight forwarder, whether the delivery is by air or land.

We should be informed upon receipt of the artworks of any damage noticed with proper photographic and video evidence.

Our aim is to satisfy our clients to the upmost and we will of course replace any edition artwork received damaged or refund by credit note any unique artwork received damaged.
